Precise and gentle procedures with a steady hand

In certain cases, conservative treatment is not sufficient—for example, in severely damaged teeth or when stable bone augmentation is required prior to placing a dental implant. At our practice, we perform oral surgical procedures with extensive experience, great care, state-of-the-art technology, and a steady hand.

3D imaging using a digital volume tomography system (DVT) provides highly precise diagnostics, allowing us to accurately assess bone availability, nerve pathways, and jaw structure. This enables careful, safe, and minimally invasive planning and execution of each procedure.

Following a thorough examination and diagnosis, we will discuss together whether tooth extraction is necessary and which method will be the most gentle for you. Our goal is to ensure that you always feel well cared for—safe, comfortable, and treated according to your individual needs.

With a Master of Science in Oral Surgery and Implantology and many years of experience, dentist Omar Hmedi offers outstanding expertise in this field.

Bone Augmentation with Sinus Lift – For Secure Implant Placement

For various reasons, there may be insufficient bone volume in the jaw to securely anchor a dental implant. In such cases, a procedure known as a sinus lift can be beneficial. During this treatment, the floor of the maxillary sinus is gently elevated, and the resulting space is filled with bone graft material. This creates a stable foundation for a future implant.

We provide you with detailed information in advance and perform the procedure in a minimally invasive and gentle manner.

Complex Tooth Extractions – With Experience and Precision

Not every tooth can be removed easily—particularly impacted, severely damaged, or deeply fractured teeth require precise diagnostics, extensive experience, and surgical expertise. This is especially true for wisdom teeth, which are often impacted or do not fully erupt.

Procedures Under General Anesthesia – Supported by an Experienced Anesthesia Team

For patients with dental anxiety or those facing more complex oral surgical procedures, treatment under general anesthesia can be a suitable option. We offer this service in our practice and work closely with an experienced anesthesia team.

The team monitors you before, during, and after the procedure, ensuring comprehensive medical supervision in accordance with the highest standards of care.
